The first edition of this book was called Stokes, Cope, Emlen, Evans - Genealogical Charts Of Four Closely Associated Germantown Families, 1682-1982, and was written by Francis Joseph Stokes, Jr. In 2005 and updated and expanded edition was compiled by Elizabeth Emlen, Walter Cope Evans, Kate Flynn, Eliza Cope Harrison and Will Lewis, and retitled Cope, Emlen, Evans, Stokes Families 1682-2002.
The books were sold through the Awbury Arboretum, in the Francis Cope house in Germantown, Philadelphia, although I believe both are out of print now. Occasionally a copy or two will be for sale on eBay. You may also find copies at libraries and historical societies in the Philadelphia area.
